There was a time long ago, before the start of Seido in Mandeville
The pre Seido karate years entailed the practice of Goju Ryu karate under Sensei Jim Lilly. Hard to believe but there were
students still around who are still punching and kicking just like back then. Jun Shihan George, Kyoshi Vern , Senpai Norman
along with our friend Sabum nim Harrison Chin-hing (mandeville Tae Kwon Do) were some who were present at the time.
It was early 1974 and all were young, tough and enthusiastic students, with a take no prisoners mentality, just perfect
for the switch to Seido Karate.
